We take your idea and use it to design your very own custom mug from scratch using our own creativity and a little help from our design software, of course!
We know it can be a tricky process to get it just right, everything from font style and size, to line placement, and even using more than 1 font style.
We will provide a design proof and can revise anything that doesn't work for you.
We won't send anything out without your approval!
(Sorry, no copyrighted or trademarked words, company names unless your own, logos, characters, character names, phrases, lyrics, movie quotes, etc....If you think your design is in question, please message us before ordering.)
During or before purchase in the note to seller box, let me know your idea.
Design proofs are sent via Etsy convos.

Due to the nature of the product all custom orders are final.
We work on orders in the order that we receive them. It may take a couple of days for us to get a design proof to you, and if approved, another day or 2 to ship.

Each mug is specially made to order by us, for you.
Our process permanently fuses the image to the mug, giving you an awesome coffee cup that will never fade, peel, or wash off!
